We are looking for an inspirational leader who has
• The highest expectations for children's attainment, personal development and behaviour
• A clear vision of excellence in Primary education with the ability to think strategically and the drive to achieve "Outstanding"
• Proven leadership and evidence of strategic understanding and embedding of new initiatives
• An understanding of effective management and an ability to empower and develop a team of dedicated staff
• A desire to develop and nurture strong working relationships with governors, staff, pupils, families and school partners
• The ability to model the Christian values of the school in your relationships and work with children and adults
