We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking Catering team,it is approximately 10 hours per week, 11.30 a.m. to 1.30p.m; term time only.
Elsenham C. of E. Primary is a very successful and growing school is situated in the village of Elsenham, close to the market town of Bishop's Stortford.
The successful applicant should preferably have:
· An ability to be organised and work under pressure
· An ability to follow instruction as well as to work on their own initiative
· Experience of working in schools
· Good literacy and numeracy skills
· A commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils
The Governing Body is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and medical checks.
