Learning Support Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support an individual pupil with additional needs, on a one to one basis. The post is for a fixed period until August 2021, it is approximately 30 hours per week, 8.30 a.m. to 3.30p.m; term time only.

Elsenham C. of E. Primary is a very successful and growing school, with a friendly and hardworking team. Situated in the village of Elsenham, close to the market town of Bishop's Stortford.

The successful applicant should preferably have:

· Experience of working in schools

· Good literacy and numeracy skills

· A commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils

· An ability to work on their own initiative

Some supervision of children during break times will also be required.
