We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and self-motivated Learning Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills: -
-NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Teaching and Learning desirable
-education to at least level C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
-be a flexible motivated team player with good organisational skills
-be able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant to all of our pupils
-be able to work with initiative, be able to work effectively as part of a team and have high expectations of themselves and children.

Information about the School
The federated schools of Little Hallingbury and St Mary's, Hatfield Broad Oak, are both popular and successful schools. We are situated on the Essex & Hertfordshire border and serve our local communities and beyond. Both schools are Voluntary Aided Church schools, sharing an ethos of excellent teaching and learning within a caring , happy, Christian community.
