Are you someone who would love to be able to support learning in the classroom for those children who find learning a challenge
Are you able…
to work closely with other members of staff , especially the SENCo ?
to build a strong professional relationship with the child and the family?
to share ideas in class planning and adapt work to the needs of the child
Do you have…
Knowledge / experience of Special Educational Needs and Disability?
The enthusiasm to develop your own skills through further training?
Good organisational skills?
Knowledge of behaviour management?
Excellent literacy skills and some ICT skills?
The ability to communicate with parents and outside agencies?
Can you set out your qualities and experience in a comprehensive letter on the application form?
If so we would love to hear from you and you are most welcome to visit after school. We are a friendly team who aim to provide a more holistic approach to learning for our very young children.
