The Christus Catholic Trust are seeking to appoint:

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Permanent contract

27.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 08:45am until 3.15pm - term time only

Salary - Scale 7 (CCT Essex Academies Pay Scale) - Salary Range - Point 19-24 (£24,799 - £27,905 Full Time Equivalent), plus Outer Fringe Allowance (£609) Salary to be pro-rata and pay award pending.

The starting salary will be dependent on experience.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (preferably Level 3 qualified) who is enthusiastic, dedicated and an outstanding practitioner to join our team. The post involves working across the school supporting teaching staff through planning, preparing and delivering lessons and intervention programmes, to facilitate non-contact time and short term cover for teachers together with accelerated progress for pupils.

The successful applicant will:

· Have experience working alongside children with SEND and planning/delivering lessons and interventions.

· Be able to liaise with the class teacher and others who will support you in your role.
