Assistant Premises Manager
Local Government Pay Scale 5 Points Range 8-11 (£20493 - £21748)
This is a full time post, 52 weeks per year, hours of work 37 hours per week.
We have a vacancy for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and skilled person to join our busy premises team as Assistant Premises Manager.
We are looking for an individual who will contribute to our successful premises team and who will support the ethos and values of our school.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying our a range of caretaking duties including the security and supervision of the site along with other caretaking duties which will include routine premises maintenance, cleaning, DIY, building security, general site management and the facilitation of school lettings.
We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic and has a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation including all aspects of manual handling.
