IT SUPPORT APPRENTICESHIP

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our academy for an IT Support apprentice.
Working under the direction of our Network Manager, the role will involve working directly with staff, pupils and parents plus other stakeholders. This will include providing set up for individuals on systems and support using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot, including the operation of a helpdesk, and supporting in the general maintenance and upkeep of computers and equipment throughout the site, ensuring that high standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop in the role.
