Colchester Academy is a thriving secondary school, looking to appoint a Student Support Manager to join our Inclusion Team. The Academy's Student Support Managers work to improve outcomes for young people by managing behaviour support provision, developing individual behaviour programmes and liaising with Academy staff, parents and external agencies.
The appointment is term time only, 39 weeks per year, 37 hours per week.
Colchester Academy is a secondary school located in the heart of Colchester, Essex, and recently graded 'GOOD' by OFSTED (2018). This is an incredibly exciting time in our journey, as we have just joined a local Academy Chain, South Suffolk Learning Trust (SSLT).
