Curriculum Support Co-ordinator

Required: with immediate effect

37 hours per week

8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm, Friday)

Term time only +1 week holiday working +1 week sports camp

Pay Scale 5-6 (Point Range 11-17)

Actual Annual Salary £17,983 - £20,251

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, creative, organised curriculum support co-ordinator to line manage the curriculum support team to ensure faculties are well supported, as well as providing curriculum support for Mathematics & PE faculties and 1:1 tutors as part of the role.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working within a school although this is not essential. You will have a proven track record of line managing staff, be able to multi-task, be adaptable, flexible, able to work under pressure to multiple deadlines using their own initiative whilst remaining calm and be organised. You need the ability to problem solve and ensure that all faculties are supported through effective distribution of the curriculum support assistants and workload. Excellent administration, literacy, numeracy, communication and computer skills are essential. The school runs a school sports camp for one week during the summer holiday which the successful candidate will be required to work which is in addition to the contracted one week holiday working per annum.
