Job Title: Cleaner - Winter Gardens Academy
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 10 hours - working 39 weeks per year
Grade: Scale 1 Point 1 (£4,115.58 pro rata per annum)
Start date: ASAP
Closing date: Monday 5th October 2020 at 4pm
Interviews: Wednesday 14th October 2020
Winter Gardens Academy are seeking a cleaner to join their hardworking site management team.
The successful candidate will work as part of the cleaning team as well as using their own initiative. They will be responsible for cleaning any areas of the school to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager. Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of Health and Safety would be desired but is not essential. Working hours will be Monday - Friday either 06.00 a.m. - 08.00 a.m. or 15:30 p.m. - 17:30 p.m. This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will need to:
· Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
· Pay attention to detail.
· Be committed to improving our learning environment by maintaining high standards of cleaning.
· Be a team player.
