Moulsham High School is a high performing comprehensive school that was ranked fifth in Essex in the 2019 performance tables. 'Behaviour is calm and the atmosphere is productive and positive, making it a nice place to be' (Ofsted 2020). Leaders have a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of all staff.
We are looking for an outstanding senior leader with a substantial track record of success who is accountable for academic outcomes to lead on the Quality of Education. This is a new post that is pivotal to the future success of the school and will provide the successful candidate with the breadth of experience and skills required for Headship.
The role includes responsibility for curriculum provision; the quality of teaching, learning and assessment; academic outcomes and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be joining a Senior Leadership Team of six who are committed to securing high achievement for all while preparing students for the world of work and adult life.
