Latton Green Primary Academy are looking for a part time (2 days a week) Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team as soon as possible. The Learning Support Assistant will predominately be working as a 1:1.

Latton Green Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our school. Ideal candidates would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.

Essential requirements:  At least a C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)  Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards achieving)  Ability to use ICT and learn new skills  Participate in training to develop competencies to effectively support a visual impaired pupil  Working in partnership with specialist teacher to support pupils needs
