Leadership Pay Range 20 - 25
£65,561 - £74,103 per annum

An excellent and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational leader to work as a Deputy Headteacher supporting our Trust and School improvement team.

We are a South East Essex Multi Academy Trust, currently comprising three secondary schools and one primary school: The King John School in Benfleet, The James Hornsby School in Basildon, Castle View School in Canvey Island and Laindon Park Primary School and Nursery in Basildon.

We are seeking applications from candidates with the right skills, experience and potential, to add to our dynamic Multi Academy Trust. The exact role and responsibilities will depend upon the successful candidate's areas of experience and expertise, and they are likely to evolve over time.

The successful candidate will have a deep resonance with the Trust's Mission, Aims and Values which should be clearly reflected at both the application and interview stages.
