ASSISTANT CARETAKER
Hours per week: 20 hours (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm, with some, limited, keyholder cover requiring a 6.30am start or a 10.00pm finish)
Salary: Actual salary £8,498 per annum (FTE £18,933)
Employment Type: 1 year Fixed term contract
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker to support our Site team.
The successful candidate will work as part of the site team, by carrying out a range of caretaking duties, including security and supervision of the site and related equipment, and other caretaking duties including porterage, cleaning and maintenance.
The Assistant Caretaker will work 38 weeks a year (a mixture of term time and in the school closure periods). They will be required to cover keyholder absence (which will require a 6.30am start, or a 10.00pm finish, to cover any school lettings.
