37 hours per week - Full Time
Pay range: NPS Band 4 - Points 19-28
£24,799 to £31,371
· Do you have the ability to ensure compliance to regulations, policies and guidelines as well as line manage site and cleaning teams across the BAT Ongar Hub?
· Do you have the skills to ensure documentation is compliant and efficiently filed, with remedial works scheduled within budgets?
· Are you a team player and willing to ensure a hands-on approach to caretaking, maintenance, cleaning, security and health and safety?
· Do you have a calm, flexible and cheerful outlook plus a willingness to provide support for staff, students and visitors to the school?

Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative, line manage and prioritise high volumes of work across the schools.
