Contract Type 26hrs and 15 minutes term time only (08:45am until 15:15pm Monday - Friday 37 weeks per year)

You will be,
· experienced in working with children with ASD
· knowledge of Picture Exchange Cards (PECS) and ABA would be an advantage. Although training will be given around this.
· Working with children at early stages of their learning development would also be desirable
· have the ability to create positive learning environments
· have high expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour
· have evidence of ability to enthuse and motivate pupils
· have a strong and caring personality and is calm, patient and firm
· have good organisation and communication skills
· will be committed to providing a 'child-centred nurturing' ethos, collaborative team-work and flexible working
