Post: SEN Keyworker - named pupil
Start date: Autumn Term 2020
An opportunity has arisen to work in our school supporting a child with SEN from September 2020.
To become part of this team it would be advantageous if you had experience of working with children with SEN, particularly selective mutism.
You will need to be :
• Passionate about working with children with special needs
• Able to follow intervention programmes guided by other professionals
• Understanding of positive behaviour management
• Able to lead 1:1 sessions with key child
• Able to form positive, professional working relationships with both parents and other professionals
• Conscientious and enthusiastic
• Flexible and patient

ABOUT US:
Highwood Primary School is a growing village school on the outskirts of Chelmsford. Our children are organised across three mixed year group classes. We use the latest Apple technology to enhance learning, this is fully integrated across the school. We enjoy Forest Schools, which supports children's emotional wellbeing, as well as providing additional opportunities for learning new skills and links to our taught curriculum.
