Curriculum Support Centre Manager
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only
Scale 7 Point 19-24 (Actual salary £21,587 to £24,226 inc Outer Fringe)

A vacancy has arisen for a confident, self-motivated and passionate individual to run our well established Curriculum Support Centre. This individual will manage and coordinate first class learning support to internally excluded students.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Curriculum Support Centre and managing a team of Curriculum Support Assistants. To oversee and assist in the organization and coordination of appropriate work and supervision to all CSC students. Maintaining regular contact with families/carers and education welfare to secure positive support and involvement with the school curriculum.
Good IT Skills are essential, preferably with sound experience in Word and Excel. Knowledge of SIMS will be an advantage. Whilst experience within an education setting is not a requirement, it would be desirable.
You should have the ability to adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive approach to working effectively with all members of the school community. This is a public facing role, so fluency in English is essential.
Hours of work: 8.20am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday (37 hours)
