TEACHING ASSISTANT APPRENTICESHIP

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our academy for an apprentice Teaching Assistant to commence 1st September 2020.
The role will involve working directly with students, parents and staff, providing support to the class teacher and pastoral support team to enhance students' learning either in groups or individually. Promoting self-belief, social inclusion and a high self-esteem play an integral part to a students' well-being; ensuring students thrive in a positive, nurturing, safe environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting students, as well as a positive, "can-do" attitude.
