Salary:£27,752 to £39,361 (includes £2,209 SEN allowance)depending on experience

We are looking for a talented, inspirational,resilient,hard-workingand flexibleteacherof PSHE, Careers and Life Skillswho will leadon our Preparation for Adulthood curriculum. This person must carefor young people andbepassionate aboutsupportingthemtoachievethe best outcomes possibleandbe able to deliverhigh qualityteachingand supportfor vulnerable young people aged 14-16 with a range of complex educational and SEMH needs.
This is a significant role in a small, uniqueschool that is about to secure Trauma Informed School status and Attachment Aware status.
Open Box Education Centre is a small independent Alternative Provision School providing a KS4 curriculum for students aged 14-16 with unmet or undiagnosed trauma or education needs or for whom a mainstream school placement has not been possible or appropriate. Our small team of dedicated, caring and professional staff provide full-time education and therapeutic services for up to 20 students to help them grow in confidence, trust and self-esteem and experience success in their last years of secondary school.
