The Sixth Form department at Harlow College have a vacancy within the Vocational Applied Science Department starting July 2020. This highly successful department delivers a wide range of Science units and achieves excellent grades and value added, contributing to the colleges overall success.
What we are looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual who can support the Vocational Applied Science learners in exploring the programme content, developing the necessary skills and knowledge to reach their potential in the qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation by working in Further Education.
If you are qualified to degree level, with specialism in Chemistry, strong communication skills and a passion for using innovative techniques to promote learning, this could be a perfect job for you.
The successful candidate will be a Chemistry specialist with strong maths skills; an understanding of Biology is preferred but is not essential.
