We are looking for an inspirational English Tutor to join us and provide intervention support to students in order to support raising attainment.

You will be able to demonstrate the talent and interpersonal skills and a range of teaching strategies. Above all, you must have a passion for English and be able to inspire and motivate your students.

Information about the School

New Rickstones Academy is a secondary school based in Witham. This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand. We maintained our 'Good' OFSTED rating in 2023. Whilst learning is our core aim, mutual respect and fantastic working relationships between students and staff is what makes New Rickstones Academy what it is, and makes me proud to be Principal.
