We require a caretaker for a start as soon as possible, who is enthusiastic and flexible. Duties to include cleaning, lock-up, lettings supervision and porterage. Previous experience would be an advantage.
The hours are likely to be either:
Monday and Tuesday 9.30am - 6pm; Wednesday and Thursday 1pm - 9.30pm (30 hours per week)
OR
Wednesday to Friday 10.30am - 7pm; Saturday 7am - 3.30pm (30 hours per week)

This is a full time post i.e., 52 weeks per year not term time only. Holiday entitlement 19 days p.a. (from 1 April to 31 March.
Actual starting salary £15,544 gross p.a.
