Moulsham High School is a high performing comprehensive school that was ranked fifth in Essex in the 2019 performance tables. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to develop the implementation of our curriculum further. The main focus will be on working with individuals, faculties and the staff as a whole to refine the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, securing improvement as required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for NQT induction, Initial Teacher Training and the line management of three Heads of Faculty.
