Assistant Cook required (from 16th March 2020 - subject to DBS checks)
Hours: 10:15am-1:30pm Monday to Friday (16.25 hours a week). Term time only.
Pay: £9.37 per hour (Band 2-Mid)
The successful candidate will need to: -
* Prepare, cook & serve food following the agreed menu plans
* Deputise for the Cook as required
* Provide assistance with kitchen paperwork
* Work well as a member of a team
* Enjoy working with children and show patience (children can be slow choosers!)
* Be able to cope with the temperatures and pressures of a busy kitchen
* Evidence high standards of hygiene
* Ensure health & safety regulations are observed
* Enjoy food preparation
Support and training will be available for candidates who demonstrate the necessary attitude and skill set.
