To support two children with complex needs. Experience of working with children with complex needs and ASD, including speech, language and communication needs would be beneficial.

This contract is for 27.5 hours per week, term time only.

Please apply if you have:

Previous experience of working with children with special educational needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A knowledge of alternative methods of communication (Makaton, sign language).

Ability to work alongside parents and professionals (SLT, specialist teachers etc).
A good standard of literacy, maths and ICT.
The ability to motivate children.
Dedication to meet the needs of all children.
A commitment to making a difference.

A patient and calm manner and have a positive approach to working.
