The Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher who will play a significant role in the leadership of the school. Our new Deputy Headteacher will have excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also be enthusiastic, be committed to achieving high standards and be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice. They will have a secure understanding and commitment to AFL, the curriculum and pupil progress.
The position will involve 2 days teaching commitment on a job share basis with an existing member of our teaching staff from September 2020. For the Summer term 2020 the post will be non-class based focussing on school improvement.
