School Business Manager

The North Essex Multi-Academy Trust (NEMAT) invites applications for the post of School Business Manager at Notley High School and Braintree Sixth Form.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated School Business manager to oversee key non-educational aspects of the school's operations. Key responsibilities will include the oversight of School Finance, Facilities and Catering in co-operation with the Chief Finance Officer, Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
You will have a relevant professional qualification in business/facilities management or accountancy and will demonstrate the following strengths:
Experience in leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams and a strong understanding of business, finance and resources management
The ability to operate strategically and communicate effectively
Skilled at managing systems and people to achieve optimum results
The ability to think creatively and to problem-solve
The ability to develop and maintain exemplary professional standards across all areas of finance including assisting the Chief Finance Officer and Trustees with the development of financial plans, establishing budgets and providing strategic management and financial leadership
