Open Box Education Centre is looking for an exceptional School Business Manager to take this small, unique and successful specialist Alternative Provision School into its third year as an independent school.
This is a significant role in shaping the management of a school that is dedicated to providing hope, a future and a home for the educationally homeless. Our small team of dedicated, caring and professional trauma-informed staff provide full-time KS4 education and therapeutic services for up to 16 students aged 14-16 years, to help them grow in confidence, trust and self-esteem and experience success in their last years of secondary school.

Salary £28,080 - £32,760 FTE per annum, (Pro rata £22,464 - £26,208) 4 days a week, 26h/wk 42 weeks, terms + 3 weeks (depending on experience and qualifications).
