Job type: Full time, permanent
52 weeks per year - 31 days holiday including bank holidays (50% of which can be taken during term time)
Band 3 whole range. Salary: £19,780 to £24,445 per year plus pension
Shenfield St Mary's Church of England Primary School is a part of the Mid Essex Anglican Academy Trust and the building has grown over the past 150 years.We are seeking to recruit a new Site Manager to join our positive, friendly team.
The successful applicant will be committed, proactive and hard-working. They will work closely with other members of the site team and oversee the efficient maintenance, cleaning, health and safety and security of our School. Ideally, the candidate will have:
- Experience of maintaining and managing the site of a school or public building
- A good understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and how to apply them
- Proven skills in literacy, maths and IT
- Preferably GCSE passes in English and maths or the equivalent
- Initiative, the desire and drive to maintain the site, both inside and out, to the highest standard
- A good sense of humour
