Lead Practitioner Provision(Secondary)

Bridge Academy Trust are looking for an outstanding leader of pedagogy, with proven outcomes and pupil progress that are exceptional to join their Senior Teaching & Learning/School Improvement Team. This is an exciting, new role for the trust with the primary aim being to improve teaching and learning for staff, at the secondary schools, and to advise at subject level, thus leading to improved outcomes for all children in the trust schools.

Are you the talented individual we are looking for who shares our passion for education and wants to make a real difference for the people of Ongar and Chelmsford? With a clear understanding of outstanding teaching and of how to develop other teachers, you will work with the Heads of Faculty in schools and the other staff within the trust, with the full support of the CEO, Director of Primary Education & Director of Ongar Education, the Local Governing Committees and the Trustees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner, who has current or previous experience/responsibility in leading or developing other staff looking to work collaboratively in a supportive trust. This is a full time position, teaching in either Moulsham High School or The Ongar Academy as part of this role. Any subject specialism would be considered, although a preference would be for an EBacc subject.
