Full time - 37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a People Operations (Human Resources) Officer to support the development of an effective workforce within the School.

Excellent induction and outstanding on-going staff development
You will need:
- Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of office-based personnel and administrative duties
- A working knowledge and experience of relevant HR issues and recruitment
- The ability to work independently and with initiative
- The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, external agencies and other professionals as required
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work with discretion and confidentiality at all times
- The ability to use IT systems effectively to handle data, produce reports and record information accurately
