We are looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting children and teaching classes when the need arises. This post may also involve providing ICT support, if a candidate has the necessary skills.

We expect the successful candidate to:

· Have excellent teaching skills with a positive approach to classroom management.

· Possess good organisational and communication skills.

· Have high expectations for behaviour and achievement, supporting the school's policies and value every child.

· Be supportive and nurturing.

· Be dedicated to working well as part of a small team and a committed to improving and developing their own practice.
