We aim to be the most outstanding school nationally and we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) continue to support us in this aim.
The Modern Foreign Language Department is an enthusiastic and growing department. Shoeburyness High School is highly acclaimed by Ofsted with results significantly above average. We believe that schools "can" and "do" make a difference and our staff are the most important resource in the school.Our students expect to be engaged and challenged and you must have a passion for your subject and the desire to communicate this passion to young people. Although you will be expected to have either French or Spanish as your primary teaching language, the ability to teach both languages would be an asset.

Shoeburyness High School is a very successful, large and oversubscribed 11-18 Community Academy and a member of the Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT).
