SENIOR PEER MENTOR (Lead Practitioner) of BUSINESS AND ICT/COMPUTER SCIENCE
Are you an ambitious, innovative and inspirational teacher of Business Studies and ICT/Computer Science with the drive and talent to help young people achieve excellent results?
If so, this is a unique opportunity to take on a whole school leadership role as well as being a key leader in an already successful department.
This position is a whole school Teaching and Learning Role which includes:
- Mentoring/coaching teaching staff
- Leading whole school CPD
- Part of the Teaching and Learning leadership team
- Part of the Teaching and Learning Quality Assurance team
- Lead whole school digital literacy developments across KS3
- Part of whole school ICT Strategy Team
Leadership Responsibilities within the Business/ICT Faculty includes:
- BTEC Level 3 Business
- A level and GCSE Computer Science
Pre Requisites for the role:
Must be outstanding practitioner - Experience of middle leadership with proven track record
- Ambitious - looking to develop whole school leadership experience
