SENIOR PEER MENTOR (Lead Practitioner) of BUSINESS AND ICT/COMPUTER SCIENCE

Are you an ambitious, innovative and inspirational teacher of Business Studies and ICT/Computer Science with the drive and talent to help young people achieve excellent results?

If so, this is a unique opportunity to take on a whole school leadership role as well as being a key leader in an already successful department.

This position is a whole school Teaching and Learning Role which includes:

Mentoring/coaching teaching staff
Leading whole school CPD
Part of the Teaching and Learning leadership team
Part of the Teaching and Learning Quality Assurance team
Lead whole school digital literacy developments across KS3
Part of whole school ICT Strategy Team

Leadership Responsibilities within the Business/ICT Faculty includes:

BTEC Level 3 Business
A level and GCSE Computer Science

Pre Requisites for the role:

Experience of middle leadership with proven track record
Ambitious - looking to develop whole school leadership experience
