HR Manager
Required January
22.5 hours per week (flexible), 40 weeks per year
Salary dependent upon candidate (Band 4 National Pay scale £13,131 - £16,610 actual salary)
Colchester Royal Grammar School is looking to appoint an HR Manager to work closely with the Headmaster and Business Manager. The role is part-time although exact working hours will be discussed with candidates.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and professional and have experience of delivering a first-class HR service. The role involves taking a lead on all employment related matters for teaching and support staff.
