30 hours per week/ 39 weeks per year (Monday - Friday, term time + inset)
FTE £19,171 - £21,166 pa (actual £13,206 - £14,580)
We are looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic individual to lead our team of technicians, supporting the wide range of practical teaching, within our busy and successful D&T department. Previous experience of working in a specialist practical learning environment and a good knowledge and understanding of materials used in D&T is essential
The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of ICT packages and software including CAM/CAD and Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working with children aged 11-18 is desirable. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with pupils is essential.
