Northlands Primary School and Nursery are looking to expand their team of support staff. We are a large primary school full of amazing children that need your help to thrive. Our team of dedicated Support Assistants work with children with a range of needs. We provide ongoing Professional Development to our staff and regularly hold training on topics such as Emotional Wellbeing, Autism and supporting Speech and Language development. We are keen to support all of our staff to develop their skills and are keen to promote staff wellbeing.
We have a warm and supportive leadership team who operate an open-door policy so that staff feel welcome to share their ideas and work collaboratively.
We are looking for staff who are positive, caring and who like to be part of a team. Candidates need to be able to be flexible and creative and willing to try new strategies as well as persevere with old ones. We hope to find motivated individuals who are looking to expand their experience and take on a new challenge. We are looking to recruit staff to work alongside individual children with additional needs for whom having the support from a trusted adult will make a big difference.
No two days are the same at Northlands. We work hard and have lots of fun. Our children are fantastic and we love getting to know each one and helping them to reach their potential.
We have children ranging from 3 years to 11 years old so are keen to hear from candidates with either nursery or school experience.
