An exciting opportunity has become available to join our hardworking Learning support team. We are looking for a committed and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to initially work 5 mornings per week (8.30am to 11.45am) to support one of our new Foundation pupils. There is a possibility that this could also include afternoons (12.45pm to 3.30pm), once we have secured additional funding.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children with ASD.
- Have experience of working in the Foundation Stage.
- Recognise the importance of and be committed to home/school partnerships.
- Be able to work effectively as a team and value teamwork.
- Be able to use their own initiative.
- Have a good sense of humour!
- Be enthusiastic and consistent with your approach.
