Hours: 1hr and 15 minutes per day (Dinner Hall: 11:45am - 1:00pm / Outside: 11:55am - 1:10pm), Monday to Friday, term time only.
Salary: Band 1, point 1 = £17,364 FTE
Actual annual salary (based on working the hours stated above, term time only) = £2,424.
Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery is seeking to appoint a Midday Asisstant to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of our pupils during the midday break and undertake cleaning in and around dining areas. The role also involves supervising children outside in the playground to promote positive play and social interaction skills.
You will need to be able to work using your own initiative, enjoy working with children and be able to demonstrate understanding and patience.
Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery is located in Canvey Island, Essex and is part of The Epsilon Star Multi Academy Trust which was founded in September 2016. It is also joined by Kents Hill Junior School located in Benfleet, Essex. What a fantastic time to be part of this newly founded Trust!
