Graded as 'outstanding', Shorefields School caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties. We are seeking a class teacher with a positive and motivated attitude to meeting complex special needs and the enthusiasm, energy and resilience to contribute to our outstanding team.
Teachers transferring from mainstream are welcome to apply but must havePMLD experience; our priority is appointing someone with the right personality and approach and with skills and attributes that will support effective work here. We can help with the rest! You will need a good work ethic and the desire and ability to learn fast.

Information about the School
Shorefields School caters for the needs of pupils with a range of severe learning difficulties. We currently have 154 pupils on roll aged between 3 and 19 years. The school is located in the centre of Clacton-on-Sea close to the beach and shopping area. Our catchment area extends to the whole of the Tendring peninsula
