LGS Level 6 Points 13 - 20, £22,021 - £25,295 p.a. FTE pro rata.
Full Time; 37 hours per week. Term Time + 2 weeks (46 weeks per year)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills to join our school as School Office Team Leader.
Bournes Green Infant School is a small and friendly school set in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from Thorpe Bay Station and the local beach. The role is critical to ensuring efficient and successful delivery of Finance and HR services. The candidate will be an organised team player, but able to lead, with the ability to work under their own initiative and to be a good role model to team members. It is essential that you have compassion and empathy when working with our children and their families, embracing the ethos and values of our school. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the vision of the school and to support its development within SECAT.
Always being prepared, in control and confident will be key to this busy role and you will be the go-to person for the Finance/HR support function. You will have an oversight of the whole office services, and will be leading a small close-knit fun, friendly and professional school team!
As the School Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the office, ensuring a smooth workflow of all designated administrative tasks and those that support our children and staff. You will also be working closely with the Finance Department at SECAT's Centre, to drive efficiencies in both time and costs through the review and introduction of new processes and procedures.
