King Harold Academy are seeking to appoint a member of staff to our hard working site team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work sensitively, collaboratively, enthusiastically, calmly and effectively under pressure - a personwho can work as part of a team but also on their own initiative.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience of building maintenance, ideally within an educational setting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to providing a high quality service
- An excellent timekeeper, reliable and trustworthy
- Willing to work as part of a hardworking, dedicated team
- Have knowledge and experience of Health & Safety
- A genuine belief in the potential of every pupil.
The Academy is part of The Kemnal Academies Trust group which provides opportunities to work closely with other academies within the Trust through school-to-school support and provide continuous professional development.
