(Actual salary £5,722.93 - £6,318.48 - 13 hours/ £6,603.38 - £7,290.55 - 15 hours)

The North Essex Multi-Academy Trust was established in September 2013 and currently consists of two secondary schools both judged as "Good" by Ofsted.

The position will be at The Ramsey Academy, Halstead.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to provide support for the Raising Standards Leaders, who each oversee the academic and pastoral welfare of students in one of our vertical House groups.

The role will involve working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, Raising Standards Leaders, tutors, parents and external agencies to raise the aspirations of our students, allowing them to fulfil our aim of 'be the best you can be.'

You will have excellent communication skills and be flexible and creative in the way you work.
