Required as soon as possible - LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (initial appointment to EYFS)
Applicants must be suitably qualified or on a course leading to a learning support qualification (or equivalent)
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our caring, friendly and hard-working team, who will be enthusiastic and able to use their initiative. Previous or recent experience of supporting children in a school setting is essential.

• Applicants must have a suitable maths and English qualification
• Short listed candidates will be required to undertake a Basic Skills Test on Tuesday 1st October 2019 at 3.45 p.m.
• Salaries are based on Band 2 (Thurrock) Points 6 to 10 as applicable depending on qualifications and experience
• The initial appointment is to join our EYFS although staff can be allocated throughout school
• Hours will be confirmed prior to appointment our support staff are in class from 8.35 a.m.

All applicants must be available to undertake a Basic English and Maths Skills Test (as above, no alternative date is available).
Applicants should confirm they are available to attend on this day via email when submitting an application. Please also provide all relevant qualification certificates.
Following successful completion of the test, candidates will be invited to interview on Wednesday 9th October 2019.
