Due to the sudden death of our Catering Manager we are looking to recruit an experienced and friendly Catering Manager to prepare fresh home-cooked food for our pupils. This is an important role which, with the support of a catering team, involves catering across two serving areas of the school. Candidates must have experience of cooking for approximately 100 pupils and staff meal numbers and enjoy working as part of a team; additional training will be available for the right candidate.
Along with food preparation and serving, the Catering Manager will also have responsibility for food purchasing, stock taking and maximising the catering budget. They will also undertake line management duties for the current catering team ensuring training records are up to date and future planned.
