The college is seeking to appoint a Programme Area Manager to work within Special Provision. This successful area provides bespoke teaching and learning for young people with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. The successful applicant must be experienced in S.E.N. and be able to lead an experienced team of teachers and learning support staff. This unique provision has been graded Good by Ofsted and the successful applicant will be required to drive the curriculum forward under the new Education Inspection Framework.
