STUDENT SUPPORT ADVISOR
Required September 2019
New NJC Scale Point 24
37 hours per week, Term-time only + 2 additional weeks
Actual starting salary: £24,512 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Student Support Advisor to join the existing team at our successful and thriving Academy.
The role will involve providing pastoral and behavioural support to students in all year groups and to monitor and promote student attendance.
Student Support Advisors play a key role in supporting student performance, attendance and behaviour across the Academy, working with students, staff and parents to find the most effective ways to promote and support achievement.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, calm and approachable with a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine interest in improving the life chances of our students.
