Part time SENCO Assistant (27.5 hours equivalent plus directed time)

The Governing Body of St. James' Church of England and William Martin Schools wish to appoint a well organised, friendly and reliable person to support and assist our SENCO.

We need you to:
· Qualified teacher status
· Be able to work closely with the SENCO and liaise with other staff members
· Have a confident grasp of literacy & numeracy
· Show initiative and understanding
· Be resilient, flexible, patient and engaging
· Have excellent communication skills
· Be able to engage and motivate children to learn
· Work well as part of a team and independently
· Have strong behaviour management strategies
· Be committed to our Christian ethos
